After 10 years of being a Realtor, Spencer started a locally-owned boutique brokerage with a vision of how to provide clients with the ultimate experience.
Spencer took the many responsibilities a classic Realtor has and divided those into separate roles within our brokerage. Instead of one Realtor on your side, you get a whole team of experts working for you!
So what does this mean for clients? Our clients can expect a personalized experience that is tailored to their unique needs and preferences. The team takes the time to understand each client’s goals and has the extra hands available to make sure they are met.

Transaction Coordinator
As Transaction Coordinator, Lacey takes the reigns after an offer is accepted. She plays a critical role in ensuring that the title company, the opposing agents, and the buyers or sellers are all in sync, resulting in a seamless transaction. Additionally, Lacey is our lead designer for marketing materials.

Aaron is our Buyer Specialist who will work closely with buyers to proactively search the market for their dream homes. In addition to showing homes and writing offers – he is our inspection liaison and is responsible for interpreting and communicating the inspector’s findings to the team.

As our Events & Marketing Coordinator, Faith organizes our many community and client appreciation events. Additionally, she collaborates on our social media marketing and serves as our concierge for gifting, sponsorships, and donations.
